Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, product development, or related field. • Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams. • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills: • Experience in Agile software development. • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development tools. • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of industry trends and technologies. • Ability to identify and resolve engineering issues quickly and effectively.
